Refund policy

Overview

At Rovolv, we are committed to providing carefully produced products and a high standard of customer service. Because many of our items are produced or prepared after an order is placed, our return and refund policies are structured to reflect this production process.

By purchasing from Rovolv, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production or fulfillment has begun.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled as the item is already being prepared specifically for your order.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


Returns

If a return is permitted, customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in original condition

  • The item must include all original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Returns must be approved by Rovolv before being sent.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

If a return is approved and the item is not defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Customized or made-to-order products once production has begun

  • Final sale items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Rovolv reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

If a defect or damage is confirmed, Rovolv will provide a replacement.

Refunds for defective items will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.


Lost Packages

If a package appears lost in transit, we will first conduct a shipping carrier investigation.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, Rovolv will provide a replacement.

Carrier investigations may require additional time to complete.


Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
