Order Processing & Production

All products are made to order. This means items are produced after your purchase rather than held in pre-made inventory.

Please allow up to 30 days for production and preparation before your order is shipped. In many cases orders are completed sooner, but this timeframe ensures adequate time for manufacturing and quality inspection.

Once production is completed, your order will be prepared for shipment and tracking information will be provided when available.

Orders are not processed, produced, or shipped on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Times

We ship worldwide.

Because our products are produced upon order and shipped through our international fulfillment partners, delivery times vary depending on location.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery estimates may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or seasonal shipping volumes.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order details.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear in the carrier system after shipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace the order or issue a refund. Carrier investigations may require additional time to complete.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible if an error is discovered.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
